Running in support of families affected by ARSACS<\/a><\/h2>

On November 1, 2024, Christos Scarpinato lost his mother to Autosomal Recessive Spastic Ataxia of Charlevoix\u2013Saguenay (ARSACS), a rare and degenerative neurological disease.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Two years later, he is taking on a meaningful challenge: running a marathon in her memory and to help advance research.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

On this occasion, a fundraising campaign has been launched to support efforts to better understand and treat this disease, for which there is currently no cure.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
